LUXURY VINYL FLOOR TILES
When looking for a tiling product, vinyl is a great choice. Quieter, cheaper, and more durable than ceramic tiling, a vinyl tile floor is a great choice for minimizing noise in busy areas. It’s also slip-resistant and easy to install and maintain.
SHEET VINYL FLOORING
A classic choice for very damp areas such as bathrooms, vinyl sheet has the advantage of removing the seams through which water can seep through your floor. Vinyl sheeting is also an incredibly affordable product.

LINOLEUM FLOORING
A similar product to vinyl flooring, linoleum is made from blends of natural, renewable materials such as plant oils and wood flour, making it a more environmentally friendly choice.
When compared to vinyl flooring, linoleum is not waterproof, more of a water-resistant product. Linoleum is also somewhat more expensive, both to purchase and to install. However, a properly installed linoleum floor is easy to maintain and can last up to twice as long as a vinyl floor.
MARMOLEUM FLOORING
A variant of linoleum manufactured by Forbo-Nairn, marmoleum is an environmentally conscious product designed to be allergy & asthma friendly. It can be installed using a solvent-free adhesive and is naturally resilient and long-lasting.
RUBBER FLOORING

What is the difference between vinyl and linoleum flooring?
Vinyl and linoleum flooring have a similar level of resilience and water resistance. However, vinyl is a synthetic product made from artificial materials, whereas linoleum is manufactured from natural materials. Marmoleum is a variant of linoleum manufactured to a higher standard.
Can I install vinyl flooring over my existing flooring surface?
One of our experts can answer this question during an in-home consultation. Generally, vinyl flooring can be installed over a smooth, seamless pre-existing surface. If the existing flooring surface is uneven, or is already a vinyl floor, we typically recommend removing it prior to installation.
How long does vinyl flooring last?
Vinyl flooring will last anywhere from 15-20 years, depending on the level of maintenance and wear. However, some varieties can last as long as 25 years.
