In 2018, Floors Depot was chosen as the trusted commercial flooring contractor and supplier for The Study at Simon Fraser University’s Burnaby campus. As a high-traffic venue serving students, faculty, and guests daily, the space required flooring and finishes that combine durability, safety, and modern design.
Floors Depot managed the entire scope of the project, from removing old flooring to the supply and installation of commercial-grade luxury vinyl planks, vinyl planks on staircases with nosings, tile installation in washrooms, and a full painting package. Every material was selected for heavy-duty use, moisture resistance, and long-term performance.

When the Hotel Belmont Vancouver MGallery underwent renovations to elevate its interiors, they required a flooring contractor with proven expertise in hospitality-grade flooring solutions.
