As a rough estimate, we typically quote in the range of $3 – $8 per square foot, but we would love to have an individual conversation about your requirements and provide you with a free quote.
Are engineered hardwood floors worth it?
Based on our intense positive feedback over the last two decades, the answer is “Yes!” as far as we’re concerned. The unique advantages of a product with the appearance of solid hardwood at a more affordable price, all while being equally or even more durable make it easy for us to recommend them. Ultimately the choice is yours, but we would love to convince you!
How long does hardwood last?
While this ultimately depends on the wear out on the floor and the level of care, thinner engineered hardwood floors are estimated to last 20-30 years, while thicker hardwood lasts closer to 40-80.
How long does solid hardwood installation take?
Most standard installations take between 3 to 5 days, depending on the size of the area, subfloor conditions, and whether old flooring needs removal. Larger or multi-level projects may take slightly longer.
Do I need to prepare my home before installation?

What’s the best installation method for solid hardwood?
